Happy New Year to You My Friends!
I had to come up for air to give a shout out to my client Chassity. She is a single mom that works full-time while building her brownie bakery business in Houston, TX. We started coaching together right after the Thanksgiving holiday and although it's been just a short time since she's been enrolled in the "Be Fearless" program, we have seen excellent progress with her "newborn" business.
Chassity had been an Entrepreneur for less than 2 months, when she contacted me, and has been committed to the coaching process the entire time. I'm sure at times I was a little tough on her with my expectations, but I know the level of commitment to your dreams it takes to be successful.
I am happy to say that she has a new logo, new website, is taking customer orders, and was able to drop off some of her delicious brownies to BMW (yes the car dealership) and secure a spot speaking on a panel for Single Moms....can you say "GO CHASSITY". I get excited when I see other women winning, and I'm even more excited to be a part of her success.
I had her apply some simple steps (below) to her business she listened and TOOK ACTION.
(1) Let people know you're in business. Tell your Friends, family, co-workers the great news. If they aren't interested, ask them for referrals.
(2) Find your target audience. Many businesses fail because they don't know who they should be selling to. Your products may not been appreciated by everyone, that's OK, find out who wants what you offer.
(3) Set your monthly goals, but be realistic about what you can do. Don't set goals that aren't or attainable due to your family, full time job and social commitments.
There's many more tips I gave her, but of course those are exclusive to my coaching clients.
Just like I am rooting for my client, I am also rooting for you to win in 2017. I know that you have what it takes, and this time around, you're ready.
If I can help you reach your goal of being a full-time entrepreneur, I would love to help you. I have just (5) more openings before my private coaching closes for the first quarter of 2017. Don't miss out.
